Enquiries, availability and rates
Vehicle availability, rates, deposits, insurance details and collection arrangements can change. Information shared through the website is an invitation to enquire, not a confirmed reservation or a promise that a particular vehicle will be available.
Our team confirms the current arrangement personally, usually through WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed when Royal Vision has communicated the arrangement and any required documents, deposits or payments have been accepted.
Driver eligibility and documents
Drivers must meet the eligibility requirements communicated for the selected vehicle and provide valid identification, driving licence and any other documents required for the rental. We may decline or change an arrangement if those requirements are not met or cannot be verified.
Payments, deposits and cancellation
Any rental price, security deposit, payment schedule, cancellation term, additional driver charge or other fee will be confirmed before the rental is finalized. The specific rental agreement and the information supplied by our team govern those amounts and conditions.
Vehicle use and responsibility
You must use the vehicle responsibly, follow applicable UAE traffic laws and comply with the vehicle-use restrictions in the rental agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for promptly reporting an incident, damage, warning light or other issue to Royal Vision.
Website content and availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content may change and the website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Vehicle images, specifications and descriptions are provided for guidance and may differ from the vehicle allocated for a confirmed rental.
The website content, branding, text and design belong to Royal Vision or its licensors. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes, but must not copy, modify or republish its content without permission.
Applicable law and contact
These terms are intended for services provided in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The applicable rental agreement and UAE law govern the relevant rental relationship and any dispute, subject to mandatory rights that cannot be excluded.
